1. Who we are

Brainwired is operated by [LEGAL NAME], registered at [ADDRESS, COUNTRY], Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number [KVK NUMBER], VAT number [VAT NUMBER]. You can reach us at sarah@getbrainwired.eu.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase made through getbrainwired.eu. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

3. The product

Brainwired sells digital downloadable products (PDF journals and audio files). The product is delivered electronically via a download link sent by email immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. VAT is calculated based on your billing location and shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for tax purposes.

5. Right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off)

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right expires the moment you start the download, provided you have given your explicit prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

By checking the consent box at checkout and clicking the download link in your confirmation email, you (a) explicitly request immediate delivery and (b) acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal for this digital content.

6. Voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the journal genuinely doesn't help, email sarah@getbrainwired.eu within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No form required.

7. Licence and intellectual property

All content (text, design, audio, exercises) is the intellectual property of Brainwired and is protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own use. You may print copies for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload to file-sharing platforms, or use the content commercially.

8. Disclaimer — not medical advice

Brainwired is an educational and self-reflection tool. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, medical care, therapy, or treatment by a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please contact your GP or a licensed mental-health practitioner.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brainwired's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory provisions of their country of residence. EU consumers can submit disputes via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
